Eat Well to
There is often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. Lydia aims to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances. Whether it is managing a dietary condition (Irritable Bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastroparesis, eosinophlic esophagitis, malabsorption) or developing a healthy and more intuitive relationship with food, Lydia offers a counseling and guidance designed to meet your needs.
As a former fashion model, Lydia understands that nutrition is an integral aspect of feeling well and performing at our best. She's also experienced all of the downsides of not taking care of her health, such as fatigue, hair loss, bloat, stress, poor sleep... the list goes on! Her personal trials and tribulations with food and nutrition led her to want to learn more about the science behind why different foods impact our wellbeing in various ways.
Lydia received her Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition Education from Columbia University. She is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). Lydia specializes in helping individuals balance their energy levels, decrease their bloat and digestive woes, and improve their sleep and general well-being. She is passionate about working with individuals on learning how to eat intuitively and finding peace within their bodies.
